About Me

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
I'm a forty year old Artist and semi-professional sculptor, and I've turned my hobby into a fun and interesting career. I was born in Britain but currently live in Ottawa, Canada. I've been sculpting commercial models for 6 years, I can work in 3-ups or regular scale, and I've done fantasy and sci-fi sculpts, boardgame components, model railway models, 1:72 scale minis, and wedding cake toppers. I'm available for custom miniature sculpting, master sculpts for casting, extensive conversion work, and even paint jobs. One of my pieces (IMPACT!Miniatures Deadwood Treeman)was named one of the top ten gaming products of 2007 by Tabletop Gaming News. I can be contacted at Agarrett23@sympatico.ca

Got some metal castings of the Terathan Daemons, here's some pics of the painted "Maggot Monger". I think I'm going to use him as a "Herald" in my Nurgle Daemons army :)

Finished building this today, my own Sammael, Master of the Ravenwing.
I used the Sgt bike from the Dark Vengeance set, a Drop Pod missile launcher, bits from the Dark Angel Veterans kit, bits from the old Ravenwing bike set, and a bunch of plasticard and Greenstuff. More pics up when he's painted.

Well, once again I've been slack in updating this. Surprise ! In my defense, I've been rather busy with commercial projects, some of which I can't show pics of as they're still unreleased. I've also been working on some commercial pieces that I can show - four Daemon models and a massive Undead Dragon for the Terathan game system,

Very happy with how all of these turned out - especially the Dragon. With 21 components and a height of 240mm it's the biggest, most complicated piece I've ever done for commercial production. I can't wait to see this beast get cast :) There are galleries added in the "Commercial Work" section for each model, so you can see all the steps from wireframe and mannequin layer up to the finished pieces.

Been ridiculously busy between work and doing commercial sculpts that I can't post here yet. Also doing some custom work for a few clients, like this Mortarion Chaos Primarch.
